Our food service has the ongoing reputation of being the finest on the water. Prepared fresh on board by our own chefs, it's a guaranteed delight to the palate. You'll be treated to a magnificent selection of delicious hors d'oeuvres, a mouth watering buffet, anything from succulent roast beef to delectable seafood, served with all the trimmings and six delicious salads. Then there's an array of scrumptiously decadent desserts, along with a selection of fresh fruits. And of course, tea and coffee.

Prime Rib Dinner Slow roasted & hand carved by your on board chef< served with horseradish, au jus and mustard
Steak Gambler Tender 8oz. New York Sirloin grilled to your liking
Hip of Beef Carvery Slow roasted & hand carved by your on board chef served with horseradish, au jus and mustard
Just Rib-It Succulent barbecued baby back ribs with our signature sauce
Fillet of Salmon 8oz poached salmon in a lemon & white wine sauce topped with dill & capers
Chicken Gambler Tender grilled Breast of Chicken topped with your choice of sauce (Lemon dill, Barbecue sauce, mustard seed glaze)
Harlequin Goes to Greece Chicken or Pork Souvlaki marinated, seasoned and grilled, served with tzatziki and pita bread


Add on a 4oz Salmon fillet to any entrée for only $8.00 per person.

Vegetarian meals are available with all meals if requested in advance.
